摘要
为减少氨气泄漏造成的环境污染、人员伤害及财产损失,将智能水幕防护系统用于氨气泄漏事故处理。介绍系统的工作原理及设计方案,分析主要部件的功能,包括氨气报警控制器、智能化事故视频监视系统和水雾幕防护系统,并试验测试系统的防护性能。结果表明,该智能水雾幕防护系统能够有效净化氨气,净化效率高于普通喷淋系统,且可有效防止氨气扩散蔓延,降低氨气爆炸的风险。
In order to reduce environmental pollution, personal inju- ry and property damage caused by the ammonia leak, the intelligent water curtain protection system was applied for ammonia leakage accident, its working principle and design scheme was intro- duced, function of the main components was analyzed in detail, ineluding gas alarm controller, intelligent video surveillance system and water spray curtain protection system, and the performance was tested. The results showed that the intelligent water curtain protection system can effectively purify ammonia gas, the purification efficiency is higher than that of the ordinary spray system, and it can effectively prevent ammonia diffusion and spread and reduce the risk of ammonia explosion.
