Discussion on remediation of major fire hazards in cities

介绍济南新世界商城这一老城区综合性小商品商业建筑的消防安全隐患,包括先天消防设计不足、疏散通道狭窄、日常消防管理混乱等,分析导致隐患存在的原因,阐述隐患整治的实际情况,提出加强此类场所消防安全管理的措施,包括落实消防管理责任、健全巡查队伍、进行多元化消防宣传等,以提高此类场所的消防安全水平。

This paper introduced the fire safety hazards in Ji’nan New World Shopping Mall, a comprehensive commodity commercial building in the Old City, including imperfect original fire de- sign, narrowed person evacuation channel and disordered daily fire management, the cause was analyzed, the actual situation of hazard remediation was put forward, and the countermeasures on strengthening fire safety management in similar places were proposed such as implementing fire management responsibilities, improving the inspection team, and carrying out diversified fire protection publicity, in order to improve the fire safety level of such areas.
