摘要
本文介绍了一种改进的非甲烷总烃测定气相色谱仪及其在环境监测中的应用。改进型的非甲烷总烃测定气相色谱仪采用PCM载气分流控制及自动进样技术相结合的方法促使样品经自动进样器自动取样至定量环后由PCM分流控制的两路载气流分别直接推送至总烃柱和甲烷柱后又流经同一微流平板进入单一FID检测器,利用保留时间的不同先后对样品中总烃和甲烷进行检测。方案中,色谱仪本身无需再配置进样口,只需单一检测器,在提高检测分析自动化程度和效率的同时,又节约成本,减少能耗,满足非甲烷总烃的检测要求。
This study presents An improvement in gas chromatography(GC)determination of non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHC)using auto injection and PCM technique. The improved GC with PCM carrier-gas controlling system,auto injection sampling system,non-injector,dual-column,micro flow plate and single FID detector determine NMHC automatically. With this improvement,the determination of NMHC is fast,easy,real cost saving,time and effort,and automation and analysis efficiency could be greatly improved.
