摘要
通过研究本科生含碘废液中碘的回收方法实验,考察了活性炭类型、用量,搅拌时间,收集装置对I_2提取率的影响。结果表明,在粉末状活性炭(g)与含碘废液(L)比为15∶1、反应时间为40 min、升华装置最优的条件下,碘回收率达到75%以上。用此方法回收的碘,可再循环利用。
Studying the undergraduate waste liquid containing iodine recycling method of iodine by the experiment, it inspect the activated carbon type, dosage, mixing time of Magnetic stirrer, collecting device for I2 extraction yield. Results show that the powdered activated carbon (g) and waste liquid containing iodine (L) rate of 15:1,the best reaction time of 40 minutes, the optimum conditions of the distillation device, iodine recovery rate of 75% or more. It can recover iodine by this method, and recycling.
