摘要
采用三种不同的消解程序对土壤标准物质GSS-16、GSS-24和GSS-28消解优化比较,结果表明:三种程序对土壤重金属铜、铅、锌都有很好的消解回收,但是第一种程序对重金属镍的回收最好,对土壤标准物质GSS-16、GSS-24和GSS-28的回收率分别为96.0%、100.1%和94.9%。综上,可以采用第一种消解程序消解土壤以达到更佳的消解效果。
This paper used three different digestion procedures on soil standard material GSS-16, GSS-24 and GSS-28 digestion for optimization, the results showed that the three procedures were good for digestion and recovery of heavy metals copper, lead and zinc, but the recovery of the first procedure on heavy metal nickel was the best, the percent recovery of soil standard substance GSS-16, GSS-24 and GSS-28 were as tbllow: 96 %, 100.1% and 94.9 %. In summary, we could use the first digestion procedure for better soil digestion.
