不同黄色体保存剂对浓缩胶乳质量的影响

摘要 将不同种类的黄色体保存剂添加到浓缩胶乳中,并研究不同浓缩胶乳的胶体性质及胶膜的物理机械性能,发现不同种类的黄色体保存剂均会引起浓缩胶乳干含降低、总干差增加,并在一定程度上会降低硫化胶膜的物理机械性能,造成浓缩胶乳质量下降,同时还发现甘露醇与其他两种物质相比更适宜于作为胶乳黄色体保存剂。 Different types of lutoid preservative were added into the concentrated latex, the colloidal properties of the latex and the physical and mechanical properties of the vuleanized latex films were studied. It was found that different kinds of lutoid preservatives would reduce the dry latex, and also decrease the physical and mechanical properties of the vuleanized latex films, resulting in decreased quality of concentrated latex. The study also found that mannitol compared with the other two substances is more suitable as a lutoid preservative in the rubber latex.
