摘要
离子交换树脂在精细化工学科领域有着广泛的应用,其中高效提取肝素钠与离子交换树脂的优化紧密联系。根据离子交换树脂的性质与分类,不同树脂的处理方法不同,也是影响吸附能力的关键。本文将对WD-1701离子交换树脂预处理,再生等内容进行分析研究,最终实现做优化的过程。通过优化离子交换树脂而提高生产的数量和质量及经济效益。
Ion exchange resin (IER) has been widely employed in the field of fine chemical engineering science, and optimization of IER correlated with efficiency heparin sodium extraction. Various IER with different properties always require specific treat method, which plays a key role in the adsorption capacity. This report focuses on the study that pre-treatment, regeneration of WD-1701 I ER, and final optimization. An expectation of the improving quantity and quality of production, and increase economic returns.
