摘要
油田企业HSE管理体系已进入相对成熟阶段,但在基层站队的全面推进中仍存在很多问题。一些站队HSE工作与日常生产作业活动严重脱节,习惯性违章等问题屡禁不止。本文分析了油田企业基层站队级HSE标准化建设问题,并提出了相应改进措施。
HSE management system has been mature in oilfield, but there are still many problems in the comprehensive promotion of grass-roots units.HSE work is in conflict with routine production activities in some grass-roots units. This paper analyzes the problems of riSE standardized management system, and puts forward some improvement measures.
