深圳市城市建筑工地扬尘污染综合防治对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 建筑施工过程形成扬尘,是城市PM_(2.5)的重要来源。本文综合论述标准化设置施工围挡、车行通道硬底化、喷洒化学抑尘剂、建设车辆自动冲洗装置、洒水抑尘等高效扬尘防治技术,研究提出按照降尘量征收阶梯式扬尘排污费、建立施工单位诚信管理系统、畅通公众微信举报平台等操作性强的行政监管办法,为城市开展建筑工地扬尘污染防治提供全面支持。 Dust emission from the building construction process is an irnportant source of PM:.5 in the city. In this study, a series of efficient dust-preventing techniques including the standard setting of retaining construction, completing the rigiditilation construction of roadways, spraying chemical dust suppressants, establishing automatic washing device for vehicles and spraying water for dust suppression have been discussed. In addition, this study also puts forward some practical supervision and control measures. For examples, the collection of dust emission discharge tee could be different depending on their respective dustfall content, establishing the credit management system for construction companies, launching public platform in WeChat for tip-offs and so forth. According to the measures mentioned above, this study aims at providing comprehensive support for the prevention and treatment of dust emission from the building sites in cities.
