Patron demand-driven resource construction in academic libraries is more and more important, and it will directly make impact on the traditional academic communication and supply chain, so understanding the purchasing patterns and standards has important significance in the construction of library resources. This paper introduces and analyzes the models, existing problems and international standards of demand-driven acquisition, and puts forward some suggestions for the practical application of DDA. As the electronic books DDA mode become the general trend, libraries still have good command of resources development.
