摘要
全面梳理并探究了影响图书馆服务功能IT消费化用户采纳意愿的因素及其作用机理。从用户特征、渠道特征的分析视角出发,在整合个体创新性理论、自我效能感、技术接受模型、推—拉—停泊模型等基础上提出研究假设并构建理论模型。实证研究部分,以中部8所高校图书馆的师生用户为实验样本,通过情境实验结合问卷访问的方式获取361份有效问卷,并使用SmartPLS 2.0对模型进行了检验。实证结果为数字图书馆建设方和管理者降低运营成本、提高工作效率和提升用户满意度提供参考。
The paper comprehensively summarizes and analyzes the factors that affect the users' adoption intention of IT consumerization in service functions of library and its mechanism of action. Based on the integration of individual innovation theory, self-efficacy, technology acceptance model, push-pull-mooring model and so on, the research hypothesis and the theoretical model are extracted from perspective of user feature and channel feature. In the empirical study section, taking the students and teachers of eight university libraries in the central part of China as the study samples, 361 valid data were obtained by means of situational experiment and questionnaire interview, then SmartPLS2. 0 was used to test the model. The empirical results provide a reference for the digital library builders and managers to reduce the operation cost, improve the work efficiency and enhance the customer satisfaction.
