智能化嵌入式创客服务平台的核心在于为创客群体提供全方位的个性化精准服务。文章首先针对创客群体对智能化嵌入式服务平台的价值诉求以及图书馆建设智能化嵌入式创客服务平台的可行性进行了深度分析,其次基于创客群体的信息需求与平台的服务目标提出了该平台的总体框架,最后从创客群体的信息需求以及信息素养教育的现状出发,以知识服务理论为基础设计了包括嵌入式信息采集模块、需求分析模块、个性化定制服务模块、服务反馈模块的智能化嵌入式创客服务平台,并阐述了平台应用的实践价值。该研究满足了创客群体个性化、多样化的信息需求,为未来图书馆服务转型与创新提供了切入点。

The core of the embedded maker service platform is to provide a full range of personalized and accurate service for the makers. The paper analyzes the makers＇ value appeal to the intelligent embedded service platform and discusses the feasibility for library to construct such a platform, then proposes a general framework of the platform based on the makers, information demand and service aims of the platform, and based on the knowledge service concept, designs the platform, with special emphasis on the functions of eachmodule, including the embedded information acquisition module, demand analysis module, personalized service module, and service feedback module, and finally expounds the practical value of the platform. The platform meets the personalized and diversified information needs of the makers, and provides a breakthrough point for the future library service transformation and innovation.
