摘要
图书馆传统的服务模式已无法适应国力发展、满足用户不同需求,而构建图书馆精准服务平台可以实现读者数据的有效利用。文章利用文献调研和实证分析的方法,分别从理论和应用两个方面梳理国内外图书馆精准服务的研究和发展现状与关键技术,并从传统纸质资源和数字资源两方面入手,对图书馆发展精准服务提出建议,结合用户画像、兴趣图谱、定位导向等相关技术将资源服务的提供精准化。
The traditional service model of the library cannot adapt to the development of national strength and meet the individual needs of users,and the construction of library precision service platform can achieve the effective use of the reader data. This article introduces the research and development of precision service in libraries at home and abroad and the key technologies by means of literature research and empirical analysis. Based on the analysis and summary of the status quo, the article proposes that the development of the library precision service should be based both on the traditional paper resources and digital resources,and the service should be refined according to the related techniques such as persona,interest map and orientation.
