中外图书馆展览合作的启示——以“大英图书馆的珍宝”展览为例

The Inspiration from the Exhibition Cooperation between Chinese and Foreign Libraries — A Case Study on “Shakespeare to Sherlock : Treasures of the British Library ”

跨国合办大型文献展览对大英图书馆和中国国家图书馆来说都是新鲜的尝试。"从莎士比亚到福尔摩斯:大英图书馆的珍宝"(Shakespeare to Sherlock:Treasures of the British Library)大型国际化合作展览从两馆达成初步合作意向到顺利开展仅用了半年有余的时间,期间所有工作人员始终坚持以展品为核心、多维度参与展示,在磨合中寻找最优合作模式。本文从策展人制度、多维度专业综合、时间成本合理运用等方面阐释中外图书馆合办大型展览的有效合作模式,可以为之后的相似合作提供启示。

To hold a large-scale transnational literature exhibition jointly is a fresh attempt for the British Library and the National Library of China. The exhibition named ＂Shakespeare to Sherlock： Treasures of the British Library ＂ opened successfully only half a year after the two museums reached a preliminary cooperation intention. During that period,all the staffs always adhere to the exhibits as core,multi-dimensional participation in the show,in order to find the best mode of cooperation. This paper explains the effective cooperation mode and the enlightenment of the large-scale exhibitions jointly organized by Chinese and foreign libraries from the aspects of curator system,multi-dimensional professional synthesis and reasonable use of time cost.
