摘要
本文以大豆杂交组合商951099×郑92116的420个重组自交系及亲本为材料,研究其蛋白质含量、油分含量和百粒重的相关性和超亲优势。结果表明,重组自交系群体的蛋白质含量和百粒重较高,平均为44.3%和19.57 g,油分含量中等,平均为20.3%,油蛋总含量平均值为64.5%;蛋白质含量与油分含量呈显著负相关(r=-0.55,P<0.01),蛋白质含量与油分含量的相关性因品系类型不同而不同,品系的蛋白质含量越高或油分含量越低,这种负相关越显著。当蛋白质含量高于43.0%或油分含量低于20.0%时,这种负相关表现更加突出(r=-0.31,P<0.05或r=-0.41,P<0.01);蛋白质含量与百粒重呈正相关但相关值较小(r=0.18,P<0.05);油分含量与百粒重之间不存在相关性;杂交后代蛋白质含量分离程度大,油分含量和百粒重分离程度小,蛋白、油分超亲优势均表现明显,分别有1/3品系高于高亲;百粒重主要分布在双亲之间,超亲优势不明显。
Four hundred and twenty soybean RILs of Shang 951099xZheng 92116 and their parents were used to study the correlation and heterosis of protein,oil content andlOO-seed weight,and excellent new lines of soybean with high protein,oil content orl00-seed weight were evaluated. The results were as follows:Protein content and 100-seed weight of the RILs population are relatively higher,with the means are 44.3% and 19.57 g,the oil content of the medium,for an average of 20.2% ,the mean of the total of protein and oil content is 64.5%. There were significantly negative correlation between protein content and oil content in this population (r=-0.55 ,P〈0.01 ).The correlation between protein and oil content varied among lines. The higher protein content or lower oil content,the negative correlation was more significantly.This negative correlation became significantly ,especially when the protein content was higher than43% or oil content was lower than 20% (r=-0.31 ,P〈0.05 or r=-0.41 ,P〈0.01 ).The correlation between protein content and 100-seed weight was positive but the coefficient was low (r=0.18,P〈0.05 ).There were no correlation between oil content and 100-seed weight. The separation degree of protein content was high while the separation degree of oil content and 100-seed weight was low. The heterosis of protein content and oil content were obvious,only one third lines were respectively superior to the highest parent. One-hundred- seed weight was mainly distributed in the parents whose heterosis was not apparent.
