延安市安塞区中德合作造林项目取得的成效

Achievements of Sino-German Cooperative Afforestation Project in Ansai District of Yan′an City

中德合作造林项目从2001年正式启动实施以来,到2011年底已全面完成了各项建设任务。项目的实施不仅加快了当地生态环境的改善和农民增收脱贫致富的步伐,而且为安塞的林业建设树立了典范,起到了示范和带动作用,对安塞的林业机制、管理模式的转变、技术创新以及可持续发展产生了深刻的影响。总结了该项目促进林业可持续发展取得的成效,以期为当地林业发展提供参考。

Since its implementation in 2001 ,the sino-german cooperative afforestation project has completed all its construction tasks by the end of 2011.The implementation of the project not only accelerated the improvement of the local ecological environment and increasing farmers＇ income the pace of poverty to get rich, but also provided the demonstration and leading role in forestry construction, setting up the model in Ansai District, which had the profound effect in the transformation of forestry mechanism,management mode,technological innovation and sustainable development.This paper summarized the achievements of the project to promote the sustainable development of forestry, so as to provide references for the development of local forestry.
