摘要
培养创新型人才是当前园艺专业人才培养的主要方向。创新型人才是市场竞争的"催化剂",是维持经济发展的有效动力,同时更是园艺专业的生命活力。教育的目的是让学生具备"美",创新思维的培养是其中的主要部分,学生的创新意识和理念有助于学生的长远发展。针对目前园艺专业的教育现状,提出建议,通过加强实践与教研,不断探索培养创新人才的新方向。
Innovative personnel training is the main direction of the personnel training of horticulture major.Innovative personnel is the＂catalyzer＂ of market competition,the maintenance of effective power for the economic development and also the vitality of the horticulture major.The aim of education is getting students to be＂beauty＂.The training of the innovative thinking is the main part of education, because the consciousness of innovation is very helpful for the students＇ long-term development.According to the current educational situation,suggestions were put forwad.Through strengthening practice and teaching resareh,the new direction of the innovative personnel training for the horticulture major were explored.
