摘要
动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种慢性的血管炎症反应,炎症浸及动脉内膜是各类心脑血管疾病的主要病因,斑块内新生血管的破裂是引起急性冠状动脉事件的主要原因,内皮糖蛋白(endoglin)——CD105是1个同型二聚体跨膜糖蛋白,通过抑制转化生长因子β对内皮细胞的抑制反应,促进血管内皮细胞的增殖及新生血管的发生。CD105与AS程度、急性冠状动脉综合征、心功能不全、心肌梗死后的心脏重构、冠状动脉狭窄程度的发生发展有关,本文根据目前关于内皮糖蛋白与AS关系的研究现状进行综述。
Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic vascular inflammatory reaction,which invades artery intima and is a major cause of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.One of the key reasons for acute coronary events is ruptured plaque neovascularization.Endothelial glycoprotein(Endoglin,CD105)is a type-two transmembrane glycoprotein dimer which can inhibit TGF beta response on endothelial cells,promote proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and angiogenesis.CD105 is connected with the occurrence and development of severity of coronary atherosclerosis,acute coronary syndrome,cardiac insufficiency,cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction and coronary stenosis.This paper summarized the current research status about endothelial glycoprotein and atherosclerosis.
