摘要
以棋盘井煤矿0913回风巷道掘进工程为背景,采用理论计算和数值模拟的方法研究了沿空掘巷窄煤柱的合理宽度。首先,通过极限平衡理论计算出窄煤柱合理宽度为5.08 m。然后,利用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件分析了不同的煤柱宽度对巷道围岩造成的变形影响,得出窄煤柱的合理宽度为5~6m。为了现场施工管理方便,最终确定合理的窄煤柱宽度为5m。
Based on the 0913 return air way tunneling project of Qipanjing Coal Mine,we applied theoretical calculation and numerical simulation to study the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar for gob-side entry driving. First, we calculated the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar with the limit equilibrium theory,and the result is 5. 08m; then,analyzed roadway surrounding rock deformation under different width of coal pillar using FLAC^3D numerical simulation. It result showed that,the reasonable width of narrow coal pillar was 5 - 6m. Finally,5m narrow coal pillar was applied considering the construction management.
