摘要
针对目前矿井小水仓群排水过程中自动化程度低,设备故障率高,人员劳动强度大等一系列问题,通过优化排水管路、设计模块化控制器、选型监测传感器、控制及组态软件编程,充分运用PLC、网络通讯、新型传感器、模块化软件编程等技术,研究设计出一套小水泵群联动自动控制系统。系统的研究和应用提高了矿井小水仓群排水的自动化程度和水泵的使用效率,降低了人员劳动强度和设备损耗,减少了用人成本和设备投入,促进矿井实现节能减排的目标。
Aiming at the low automation degree, high equipment failure rate and great labor intensity in water drainage of current mine water sumps, we made full use of PLC, network communications, sensors, modular software programming technology,and designed a set of linkage automatic control system for small water pumps group through drainage pipeline optimization, modular controller design, sensor selection, controlling and monitoring configuration software programming. Research and application of the system improves the efficiency of mine water pumps and automation degree of small water sumps water drainage,reduces the labor intensity of workers,equipment loss,cost of human and equipment investment, and ultimately promotes the realization of energy-saving emission reduction in mines.
