华丰矿高应力巷道二次支护参数设计研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了获得深部高应力巷道围岩二次支护的最佳支护参数,以山东华丰煤矿-1180 m岩石集中巷为研究对象,在原有支护设计的基础上提出优化二次支护参数的方法。依据巷道围岩条件和失稳破坏原因,确定锚索长度和间排距为影响二次支护效果的敏感因素,算出锚索长度和间排距的理论值,并以此推出两者的4个初步设计参数;采用FLAC3D数值软件模拟分析了二次支护16个设计方案的顶板中心下沉量、两帮移近量与底板中心底鼓量。研究结果表明,方案9(锚索长度为8000mm,间排距为1200mm×1200mm)的顶板下沉量为338 mm,两帮移近量为513.8 mm,底鼓量为468.9 mm,围岩变形控制效果好,且经济合理,为最优方案;在实际应用中支护效果也良好。研究结果对确定二次支护参数及改进支护设计具有较好的工程价值。 In order to obtain the optimum parameters of secondary support in deep high-stress surrounding rock,we took-1180 m rock concentrated roadway of Huafeng Coal Mine as an example,and proposed the optimizing method for the secondary support parameters,on the basis of the original support scheme. According to the condition of surrounding rock and the damage reason of instability,we determined that the length and row-line space of anchor cable are sensitivity factors to secondary support effect,and calculated the theoretical value of the length and row-line space of anchor cable,as well as the four preliminary design parameters. FLAC-(3D) was applied to analyze the roof center subsidence,two-side convergence and floor center heave of the 16 secondary support schemes. The result showed that the scheme No. 9 was the optimum scheme,in which the cable length was 8000 mm and row-line space was 1200 mm × 1200 mm. The subsidence of roof was 338 mm,two-side convergence was 513. 8mm,floor heave was 468. 9mm. Favorable surrounding rock control effectand reasonable economy were achieved.
