摘要
对于矿浆充气和气泡矿化,气泡发生器的性能将会影响矿物分选的效果,所以气泡发生器的结构设计及优化显得尤其重要。通过对气泡发生器结构及原理的研究,文章运用射流卷吸空气、伴随紊动搅拌有利于提高流体气含率的特征,并结合卡门涡街湍流形式,改进并模拟优化了一种气泡发生器,即"卡门涡街型气泡发生器"。经过实验模拟,相较于原始气泡发生器,改进结构对于气泡发生器喉管段湍流强度的提高具有较为明显的效果。
For the pulp aeration and air bubble mineralization,bubble generator performance will affect the mineral separation effect,so the structure design and optimization of bubble generator is particularly important. Through the research on the structure and principle of bubble generator,we designed and optimized a bubble generator combining with the turbulent Carmen vortex form,namely "Carmen vortex type bubble generator",according to the fact that jet air entrainment with turbulent mixing which can improve the flow characteristics of gas holdup. Through the simulation experiment,compared to the original bubble generator,the improved structure has obvious effect on the bubble generator throat turbulence intensity increase.
