低油价下精细油藏描述研究的思考与对策

Reflection and Countermeasure of Fine Reservoir Description in Low Oil Prices

为了应对目前国内外低油价的挑战,对精细油藏描述面临的问题进行了思考和总结。通过对国内外资料的调研和分析,结合自身科研实践,提出了相应的对策。认为在目前低油价的形势下,"降本增效"是进行精细油藏描述研究必须坚持的原则。在此原则指导下,精细油藏描述研究中应该加强8个方面的工作,分别是科学谋划基础资料录取、合理设置研究项目、突出重点研究内容、注重研究成果在生产中的应用实效、数字化油藏建设以提高精细油藏描述研究的信息化水平、加强研究过程和成果的质量控制、利用新方法新技术"降本增效"、充分重视经济有效性问题。低油价对精细油藏描述研究提出了挑战,同时也带来了转型发展的机遇。

Aiming at the current situation of low oil prices at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the problems of fine reservoir description and proposes countermeasure for the problems. The paper also investigates the development and tendency of domestic and foreign techniques with the combination of research and actual practice. The paper suggests 8 countermeasures： scientifical plan admission of fundamental data, reasonable setting research project, focused research content, attention to application effectiveness of research achievement in production practice, improving level of information technology of fine reservoir description by building of digitalization reservoir, strengthen quality control of study process and achievement, cost decrease and benefit increase by using new method or new technology, and sufficient attachment to economic effectiveness. The paper assumes that challenges and opportunities coexist for fine reservoir description in the background of low oil prices.
