摘要
人才培养方案普遍存在教育教学理念缺失,而成果导向教育理念为人才培养方案的设计与制定提供了科学的动力之源。该理念倡导以学生学习成果为起点,以学生学习成果为核心,反向设计教学环节和教学标准。通过建构与成果导向教育理念相适应的评价机制,衡量人才培养质量与培养目标达成度。
Outcome-based education theory provides the scientific motive force for the design and formulation of the talent training plan. The idea advocates to students learning achievement as a starting point,take the students to take the ability to reverse the core design teaching links and teaching standards. To measure the quality of training and the accomplishment of training talents by constructing an evaluation mechanism suitable to the outcome-based education theory.
