摘要
教育惩罚作为一种管理手段,在中小学校德育工作中扮演着重要的角色,但由于人们对教育惩罚的认识一直存在偏见,使教育惩罚的效力并未得到应有的发挥。因此澄清教育惩罚的内涵、总结教育惩罚的特性是正确认识教育惩罚的根本途径。为了充分发挥教育惩罚在健全学生人格和增强学校有效管理上的基本功能,需要在实际应用中兼顾教育惩罚的艺术性、指向性和反馈性,运用教育惩罚的手段来管理学生,尤其是管理未成年学生,进而能够发挥其独特的德育价值。
Education punishment as a means of management,plays an important role in the work of moral education in elementary and middle school. But because people have a prejudice against educational punishment,making poor efficiency of education punishment. Therefore,it is the fundamental way to correctly understand the educational punishment by clarifying the connotation of educational punishment and summarizing the characteristics of educational punishment. Educational punishment can perfect the students＇ personality and enhance the effective management of the school. In order to give full play to the basic function of education punishment,we need to take into account the artistry,directionality and feedback of the educational punishment in the practical application. Educational punishment plays an unique moral education value in managing the students,especially the management of minor students.
