开关电源多故障定量注入系统及其应用研究

摘要 以开关电源为例搭建了多故障定量注入系统。首先对电源进行可靠性分析,找出关键的故障模式,确定要在实际电路中注入的故障类型。完成系统的软硬件设计,可实现故障的定量注入、测点信号采集、信号特征参数提取等功能。应用该系统建立某LED驱动电源的故障特征库并通过随机故障的注入与诊断验证系统搭建的效果。该系统的搭建可为测试性设计提供试验数据支持,也能够通过定量注入故障为故障诊断与预测研究提供试验验证平台。 A multiple faults quantitative injection system for switch mode power supply was built. First,it analyzed the reliability of an LED driver to determine the key components and the fault modes that will be injected into the actual circuit. Secondly,it completed the software and hardware design of the system to realize the multiple faults quantitative injection,the signal acquisition,characteristic parameter extraction and so on. Finally,fault injection testing was carried out based on the system to set up the fault feature library,and the diagnosis results show that the system has good practicability. The system can provide test data for testability design,and provide a test platform for the research of fault diagnostics and prediction by faults quantitative injection.
