循证护理对小儿鼾症全麻手术苏醒期患儿的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Children with Snoring during General Anesthesia Operation

目的:探讨循证护理对小儿鼾症全麻手术苏醒期患儿的影响。方法:将48例行小儿鼾症全麻手术患儿随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,比较两组苏醒期躁动发生率、术后并发症发生率及患儿家属满意率。结果:观察组苏醒期躁动发生率及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),患儿家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿鼾症全麻手术患儿实施循证护理,可有效降低苏醒期躁动发生率及术后并发症发生率,避免苏醒期意外的发生,保证患儿全麻苏醒期安全,提升家属满意度。

Objective： To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on children with snoring during general anesthesia operation.Methods： 48 children with snoring were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,24 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received evidence-based nursing care. The incidence of restlessness,the incidence of postoperative complications and the satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups. Results：The incidence of restlessness and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the satisfaction rate of the family members was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The implementation of evidence-based nursing for children with snoring during general anesthesia surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of emergence agitation and the incidence of postoperative complications,to avoid accidents of the recovery period,to ensure that children general anesthesia safety,improve family satisfaction rate.
