摘要
通过分析田湾核电站3号机组消防泵房稳压系统加压原理,提出了在核电领域消防系统设计阶段、施工阶段、调试阶段中应注意的事项及建议,重点提出了在设备元件选型上压力反馈信号和液位报警信号对准确度和灵敏度的建议,从而更合理地实现消防稳压系统自动化运行,在保护设备延长使用寿命的同时,也起到优化消防系统性能的作用,以确保消防系统能安全达标、平稳运行。
Through analysis on the pressurization principle of pressure stabilizing system in the fire pump room of Unit 3 of Tianwan nuclear power station, precautions and suggestions for the fire control system in the nuclear power field in the design, construction, and commissioning stages are put forward. The accuracy and sensitivity of the pressure feedback signal and the liquid level alarm signal in the equipment and components selection are mainly focused on. Thus, automation operation of pressure stabilizing system is more reasonably achieved While protecting the equipment and extending their service life, the performance effect of the fire control system is also optimized. The safety standards are met, and smooth operation of the fire control system is ensured.
