RRA泵停运后密封水温高原因分析及应对措施

摘要 本文主要对秦山第二核电厂(简称秦二厂)扩建机组大、小修期间,余热排出泵(RRA泵)投切过程中,在运行的RRA泵停运,启动备用泵后,发现停运的RRA泵的机械密封水温度会出现异常升高,针对该现象,通过对相关运行参数分析并使用相应手段进行辅助验证,最终发现引起该异常现象的原因,并针对该异常提出了相应的措施。 This paper focuses on the abnormal temperature rise of the mechanical seal water of the RRA pump shutdown during the refueling outage and maintenance of Qinshan II and the switching of residual heat removal pump (RRA pump) after the operating RRA pump shuts down, and the standby pump starts up. To address this phenomenon, the ultimate cause for the abnormality is found out through theoretical analysis of corresponding operational data and adopting corresponding auxiliary verification means, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward for the abnormality.
