摘要
描述了经验反馈和安全文化的起源和目的。结合工作实践总结了做好经验反馈工作的十大必要条件,并与WANO健康核安全文化十大特征进行了对比分析,提出了经验反馈与安全文化相辅相成,共同提高的观点。经验反馈是安全文化的重要组成部分,核电厂做好经验反馈工作需要良好安全文化的支撑;而核电厂经验反馈工作的水平客观上也体现了电厂安全文化的水平,并推动安全文化不断提升。
The aim and origination of nuclear safety culture and operation experience were described. Based on working experiences, ten necessary conditions to improve the area of operation experience were summarized, and then compared with ten traits of WANO healthy nuclear safety culture, it was considered that there was closed relationship between nuclear safety culture and operation experience, in other words they supplemented each other and improved together. Operation experience was one of the most important parts of nuclear safety culture, excellent nuclear safety culture support the nuclear power plants to do a good job in operation experience area. However, the level of operation experience area in a nuclear plant showed the level of nuclear safety culture in a nuclear power plant, and promoted the improvement of nuclear safety culture.
