摘要
微生物发酵饲料具有提高饲料利用率、增强畜禽健康水平、改善养殖环境、保障畜产品安全等重要作用，在养殖业中具有广泛的应用前景。文章综述了微生物发酵饲料的作用机理及其在畜禽养殖中的应用现状。
Microbial fermented feed can improve the utilization rate of feed, enhance the health level of livestock and poultry, and ensure livestock products safety. In this paper, the mechanism of microbial fermented feed and its application in animal husbandry were reviewed.
