摘要
文章针对双边的区域控制图的累积得分思想,设计单边累积得分控制图。利用马尔科夫链的方法计算其平均链长,并与传统的控制图比较。结合快速初始响应方法,设置改进控制图的初始响应值,与带有初始响应的累积和控制图进行过程失控的平均链长的对比。在存在偶然性因素下,改进控制图与传统累积和控制图比较。
Aiming at the cumulative scoring idea of the bilateral area control chart, this paper designs the unilateral cumulative scoring control chart, whose average chain length is calculated by using the Markov chain method, and compares the newly designed control chart with the traditional one. The paper also combines with the fast initial response method, sets the initial response value of the improved control chart, and compares it with the average chain length of the cumulative sum (CUSUM) control chart with the initial response in the out-of-control condition. Finally, the paper makes a comparison between the improved control chart and the traditional CUSUM control chart in the presence of contingency factors.
