摘要
文章从建筑设计标准、家庭全生命周期和保障收入线三个维度,探索了保障性住房面积标准,测算出保障性住房面积标准的最大值、动态的住房保障面积以及住房保障面积标准的最小值,并在此基础上,提出了配租型和配售型的住房保障面积标准的确定方法,最后以江苏省为例进行了实证分析。
From such three aspects as the building design standards, family life cycle and security income level, this paper discusses the standards of the security housing area, and estimates the maximum of the security housing area standard, dynamic security area and the minimum of the security area standard. On the basis of these indexes, the paper presents a method of determining the housing security area standard of the government rental housing and government pricing housing. Finally the paper takes Jiangsu Province as an example to conduct an empirical analysis.
