战略人力资源管理、心理契约履行与组织绩效关系的统计考察 被引量:6

摘要 文章基于社会交换理论,考察战略人力资源管理、心理契约履行与组织绩效间的跨层次关系。以51家企业、1015位员工为研究对象,HLM分析结果表明:(1)战略人力资源管理对角色内绩效和组织公民行为具有显著的跨层次促进作用;(2)心理契约履行在战略人力资源管理与组织绩效间起到部分中介作用。
