摘要
针对工程类本科的人才培养与学科和社会发展不相协调的问题,从专业建设角度构建了由专业认识教育、专业理论教育、专业实务教育、职业规划教育、毕业跟踪反馈五个子模块组成的专业教育框架;以本校新设港口航道与海岸工程专业五个连续年级为应用对象,探讨了相对灵活的教学方法和内容.评价结果显示,这一体系对于学生增强专业意识、提高综合素养以及选择职业路径都有非常显著的促进作用.
In order to resolve the incongruity between the cultivation of engineering-oriented students and the development of its discipline and our society ,a professional education framework of undergraduate ought to be established with five interactive modules including understanding majors ,learning professional knowledge ,mastering professional skills ,planning career and tracking graduates based on the specialty construction. Then ,the framework should be applied to five subsequent grades of Port, Waterway and Coastal engineering of Tianjin Chengjian University to find out the flexible teaching styles and contents. The results show that this framework works well in stimulating students in professional awareness, developing their versatility and choosing their optimum career pathways.
