螺旋CT联合钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT联合钼靶X线检查对乳腺癌患者的诊断价值。方法选取2015年7月至2016年3月宝丰县人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者27例作为研究组,另选取同期健康体检者27例作为对照组,均行螺旋CT及钼靶X线扫描检查,对比螺旋CT及钼靶X线单独与联合扫描乳腺癌患者的灵敏度、特异度及准确度。结果两者联合扫描灵敏度、特异度、准确度(96.30%、96.30%、96.30%)均高于螺旋CT(62.96%、66.67%、64.81%)及钼靶X线(66.67%、70.37%、68.52%)单项检查,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT联合钼靶X线扫描,可提高乳腺癌诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确度,可用于早期筛查乳腺癌,值得临床推广应用。
