猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿重症胎粪吸入性肺炎的效果观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨猪肺磷脂注射液对新生儿重症胎粪吸入性肺炎的治疗效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年12月沈丘县人民医院收治的重症胎粪吸入性肺炎患儿42例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各21例。对照组患儿接受常规治疗,在对照组治疗基础上给予研究组患儿猪肺磷脂注射液。比较两组患儿治疗前后氧分压(PaO_2)、氧合指数(PaO_2/FiO_2)及血清炎症因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平。结果治疗前两组患儿PaO_2、PaO_2/FiO_2及血清炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2、12、24 h后,研究组患儿PaO_2和PaO_2/FiO_2均高于对照组,3种炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论猪肺磷脂注射液用于新生儿重症胎粪吸入性肺炎,在一定程度上可减轻患儿缺氧症状,改善其肺氧合功能,减轻炎症反应,在临床有很高的应用价值。
