摘要
为了使螺栓法兰联接件的设计标准化、规范化 ,且以具有较高计算效率的计算机取代繁琐的人工计算 ,本文探讨了用计算机实现钢制压力容器法兰的设计、校核。其中包括 :确定法兰材料、密封面型式及结构尺寸 ;进行应力校核。
To standardize and normalize the design of the joints by bolts and flanges,utilizing computers to design with an improving calculation efficiency instead of minute and complicated manual design,this paper discusses the design and verification of the flanges of steel press vessels with the computer which includes choosing the material,the model and size of shims,choosing the material,specification and amount of bolts,determining the material of the flange,determining the type,the structure and size of seals,verifying the strength etc.
