列举了目前变压器生产厂家普遍采用的油箱焊缝密封性试漏方法,分析了这些方法在实际生产中的优缺点,提出应根据不同的焊接结构采用不同的试漏方法,从而达到提高产品质量的目的。

Enumerated the leak-off-test methods that were commonly adopted by transformer manufacturers for the moment to check the leak tightness of oil tank joint while the advantages and disadvantages of these methods in real production were analyzed. It was suggested that different leak- off-test methods should be adopted according to different welded structures, so as to achieve the purpose of improved product quality.
