一致性和多样性关系在民族交往中的表现——以大米滩多民族杂居村和谐民族关系为例

正确处理一致性和多样性关系的方针,是统战工作创新发展的内在需要。为了进一步研究一致性和多样性的方针在民族关系领域中的表现,本文以青海省海南州兴海县曲什安镇大米滩民族杂居村为研究对象,从民族居住格局、语言使用、风俗习惯、宗教信仰、民族交往和族际通婚六个方面进行了调查走访和实证研究,最后提出嵌入式民族杂居村和谐民族关系的基本特点。
