摘要
国内上个世纪90年代引进的一批9E燃气轮机,核心部件已接近寿命周期,检修费用高、发电热耗大,发电功率小。通过采用最新9EMax技术对国内9E燃气轮机通流部分升级改造进行可行性研究,联合循环机组发电功率可增加31 MW,燃气轮机发电气耗可下降4.5%,项目技术可行、经济性较好,并且可以延长燃气轮机检修周期,减少后续检修费用。
Batches of 9E gas turbines introduced in the 1990s have been close to the life cycle. The heat rate of the gas turbine is relatively large and the power generation power is small. The feasibility research of using 9EMax technology was made to upgrade the domestic 9E. The combined cycle unit power generation increased by 31 MW, gas turbine power consumption decreased by 4.5%. The project technology is feasible and economical and it can extend repair cycle to reduce maintenance costs.
