摘要 微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一种内源性非编码调控RNA,通过对靶基因转录后水平的调控参与肿瘤细胞的多种生物活动过程。研究表明,miR-296—5p是一种典型的多功能miRNA,与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗及预后关系密切。本文就miR-296—5p在各种恶性肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。 MicroRNA (miRNA) is an endogenous non- coding regulatory RNA that participates in the process of tumor cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion or angiogenesis through regulation of post - transcriptional level of target genes. Studies showed miR- 296 -5p is a typical multifunctional mieroRNA, miR- 296 -5p is closely related with the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of various malignant tumors. In this paper, we review current research advances on miR- 296 -5p in various malignant tumors.
