摘要
通过研究减振器开阀与畸变特性机理,提出了示功总能量、示功能量比两个减振器能量耗散评价指标。利用Lab VIEW平台实现减振器能量特性软件编程,将减振器试件充入不同压力气体,并施加不同速度的激励,得到不同充气压力下的减振器能量特性曲线,利用减振器能量耗散评价指标,分析开阀与畸变特性。结果表明:减振器开阀和畸变影响减振器能量曲线梯度,在一定范围内,随充气压力的增加减振器抗畸变能力增强。
The open valve and distortion mechanism of the damper are studied, and two evaluation indexes of the energy dissipation performance, including total energy and energy ratio, are put forward. Then the energy charac- teristic software programming of the damper is achieved by the LabVIEW platform. By filling gas with different pres- sures and applying vibration with different velocities on the shock absorber, we obtain the energy characteristic curves of the damper under different inflation pressures. The opening valve and distortion characteristics are ana- lyzed by the evaluation index of the energy dissipation. Experimental results show that: the energy gradient of the damper is affected by the valve opening and the distortion; in a certain range, the anti-distortion ability of the damper is enhanced with the increase of the inflation pressure.
