摘要
以750 t履带起重机液压防后倾系统为例,基于多体动力学和虚拟仿真技术建立机液耦合模型,分析了在突然卸载时系统对主臂稳定性的影响及突然卸载系数的变化规律。应用ADAMS和AMESim软件分别建立刚柔耦合模型和液压系统模型,并进行联合仿真。在不同起重量、不同工作角度工况下,分析该液压防后倾系统对臂架抗倾覆稳定性的作用,同时获得臂架系统的动态响应曲线。根据臂架突然卸载时的受力情况,计算突然卸载系数,并对比GB/T 3811《起重机设计规范》以探讨突然卸载系数的变化规律,为履带起重机安全性能设计计算提供参考依据。
We take the 750 t crawler crane's anti-dumping system as an example, build the hydraulic-mechanical model based on the multi-body dynamics method and the virtual prototype technology. Analysis of the influence on the stability for the main jib is necessary in the situation of sudden unloading. And the regulation of the sudden un- loading coefficient is also considered. Co-simulation can take advantages of ADAMS and AMESim. By ADAMS we establish the mechanical system for the main jib, and by AMESim we build the hydraulic modeling. The impact on the stability for the main jib is contrasted under various loading and working angles. At the same time, dynamic re- sponse curves of the main jib can be got. According to the boom stress analysis, the sudden unloading coefficient is calculated, and the rule will be compared with design rules for cranes. The stability of the jib and the sudden un- loading coefficient are important for the calculation and design of crawler cranes.
