摘要
从混凝土的流变性能出发并基于宾汉姆流体模型,研究硅灰掺量由0~15%时对大流态高强混凝土流变性的影响。以水胶比为0.27的新拌混凝土为研究对象,通过试验分别测试新拌混凝土的屈服应力、塑性粘度及分层度,结果表明在水胶比为0.27时,新拌混凝土的塑性粘度随硅灰掺量增加而显著降低,屈服应力则呈现增加趋势;而硅灰掺量大于10%时分层度达到0.542,混凝土出现分层现象。
Based on the rheological properties of concrete, the influence of silica fume content from 0 to 15% on theological properties of high-strength concrete is studied based on Bingham fluid model. In this paper, the new concrete with water-cement ratio of 0.27 was used as the research object. The yield stress, plastic viscosity and stratification of fresh concrete were tested by experiments. The results show that the plastic viscosity of fresh concrete decreases with the increase of silica fume content, and the yield stress tends to increase when the water/cement ratio is 0.27. When the silica fume content is more than 10% degree to reach 0.542, concrete stratification phenomenon.
