摘要
采用优化配合比,添加防腐阻锈剂等综合技术措施,研究提高混凝土耐腐蚀性能的途径,结果表明,采用Ⅰ级粉煤灰+S95级矿渣粉的双掺技术,可提高混凝土耐腐蚀性;添加NST防腐阻锈剂后,混凝土含气量保持在4%~6%,抗冻融能力得到改善,混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力提高25%,抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力提高20%。
General technical measures, such as optimization of mix proportion and addition of atiseptic and corrosion-inhibiting admixture, etc., were adopted to study the method for improving corrosion resistance of concrete. Study result showed that grade-I pulverized coal ash plus $95 pulverized slag double admixture technique could improve the corrosion resistance of concrete; after addition of NST atiseptic and corrosion-inhibiting admixture, air content of concrete stayed at 4% to 6%, frost resistance of concrete was improved, chloride ion permeation resistance of concrete increased by 25% and sulphate resistance by 20%.
