摘要
以某水下C35防钢筋锈蚀混凝土工程为例,研究AMCI迁移型防腐阻锈剂与聚羧酸高性能减水剂的复配适应性和稳定性。通过对坍落度、坍落扩展度、凝结时间和抗压强度及抗钢筋锈蚀性能评价,发现在聚羧酸高性能减水剂组分中引入一定量的AMCI迁移型防腐阻锈剂后,既可确保拌合物的工作性,又可提高抗钢筋锈蚀性,将该法应用于实际工程效果良好。
This article describe a concrete construction with anti-reinforcement corrosion ability in underwater C35 situation, as an example. The AMCI corrosion inhibitor with poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is researched. After the evaluation of slumps, slump flow, setting time, strength and anti- eclipse of reinforce bar, a good method is found and using successfully in real construction, which is adding the AMCI corrosion inhibitor to poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent.
