摘要
在装配式住宅中,叠合楼板、空调板和楼梯板等水平构件深化设计的原则是"少规格,多组合",注重节点设计。提出混凝土构件的运输、存放、安装技术措施,在装配式住宅施工中,引入BIM及RFID技术可优化管理模式,提升质量安全水平。
In assembled residential building, the in-depth design principle for horizontal members, such as overlapped floor slab, air-conditioner board and staircase slab, ere., is ＂less specification and more assembly＂, and node design shall be emphasized. This paper proposed technical measures for transportation, storing and installation of concrete member. BIM and RFID techniques were introduced in construction assembled residential building, to optimize the management mode and improve quality and safety levels.
