摘要
预制构件模具的强度、刚度、稳定性对构件质量有决定性影响。北京地铁16号线01标段6.4直径盾构管片生产中,从模具加工和生产工艺两方面入手,保证了盾构管片产品质量。
The strength, rigidity and stability of prefabricated member mold have a critical influence on member quality. In production of 6.4m-diameter shield segment in Beijing Subway Line 16 bid 01 project, molding process and production process were improved to guarantee the shield segment quality.
