摘要 复杂产品供应链系统中核心制造商为了整体供应链的竞争优势需要协调供应商各自进行流程优化并参与流程知识共享,为此需要证明自利的供应商之间流程知识共享的可行性以及确定收益分配方式以提高流程优化水平与知识共享程度。本文建立了流程优化非合作博弈和流程知识共享合作博弈两阶段博弈模型,证明了知识共享合作博弈核心的非空性及核心的解析式,给出了可以达到整体最优优化水平的收益分配方式和各供应商在流程优化博弈中的三种策略选择及均衡结果,计算了不同参数下对最优流程优化水平和收益分配的影响。非合作-合作两阶段博弈分析对其他竞合关系研究具有借鉴意义,研究结果对于核心制造商建立供应商流程优化共享网络、确定收益分配方法和供应商的策略选择提供了理论参考。 In the complex products supply chain, the main manufacturer needs to coordinate the process improvement knowledge sharing network for the overall supply chain competitive advantage. To demonstrate the feasibility, process improvement and knowledge sharing among suppliers coordinated by the main manufacturer are modeled based on non- cooperative and cooperative two-stage game. It proves that the core of this knowledge sharing game is non-empty, and the formation of the core is then drawn, a specific profit allocation is given that can lead to the optimal improvement level. Based on this allocation, three process improvement strategies and Nash equilibrium are analyzed. Optimal process improvement level and profit aUocation are calculated under different game parameters. This two-stage game method can also be used for reference in other coopetition research, and the results provide a theoretical reference to establish a process improvement network, determine the profit allocation method and the supplier' s strategy choice.
